Mincer template

Ok i heard (good) mincer templates were hard...but its a freacking nightmare..
Ok i want lots of stuff on it, im very demanding, but hey if you want to do something do it good. I came up with these 2 templates sorry if they suck but then again thats why im posting...HELP!

got 400hp, 95~str, 95~con, 75Qui, 70~char, 15dex^^

Just to add my temp uses Malice/Battler/SoM/Phoebus Harp Necklace/Cyclops Eye Shield/Atlantis Tablet/CTR/Ceremonal Bracers and GoV.

If you want varity thats there, however my next template will incluse WH but I am waiting to see the champion weapon stats before I start working on a new one.
