played about with your minstrel temp and improved it a bit i think, more hits/resists and +11inst.
tried to keep as many of the items in that you were using, but dropped ACN as the spirit resist overcap wasnt doing you any favours, and the oblivion ring with dex/dex cap was :x
so just added 2 DS items, and a Tick ring

No charisma...DDs will be crap. Even charming a pet will be harder.

no :/ charisma is not related to charming a pet / holding pet in any way, only things that matter are
1. instrument spec
2. skills from items in instrument
3. RR
4. charming a cleric and putting it on stick when kinetic "solos" is also unrelated to charisma

yes the DD wont be as good as with 75+char, but imo at low RR without the RAs needed (taking essentials first like SoS purge AM etc) to enhance DD its debatable.

personally i would spec more charisma and drop stealth, and go daywalker spec, but peoples play style is a personal choice and chance wanted +11stealth so i tried to keep it as close to that, 2charisma = 1 point of damage iirc? all on 15sec reuse timers.

pre imba dragon drops its very hard to keep high resists / high skills / high stats while keeping low util items like som WH scalars in.
@ chance, prob best to grab some rogs and cap charisma and see the damage difference for yourself.
