Min stealth to "run" while hidden?

Hi!

I'm wondering what is the minimum of stealth you need to run while stealthed? Is it a hard cap or skill/level relationship?

I'm asking as a ranger, assassins stealth may be different, I don't know...

You "run" when stealth is at your level/2 or greater.

i had this problem too, was only abel to walk with stealth at 1 and lvl at about 16 at the time, but by the time i'd gotten it to about 6 stealth at lvl 19ish i was able to run, it's not quite half, quite a bit lower, most of hte speed increase seems to be in the first quarter or so of your stealth spec v level. after that it only seems to increase in small amounts. i have stealth with items at just less than half my level and i can't see any different in speed compared to a shade with almost full stealth, there is some over distance but hardly any. the difference however compared to someone who has almost no stealth is HUGE.

wouldnt worry about it, having stealth at 1/3 of yoru lvl will keep it fast enough really. of course there's more to gain from speccing stealth than speed
