i thought the ending for MIB was so that there could be no sequel, but when something makes a profit anything is possible.

The Lord of the Rings: The Two Towers Release Date: December 18, 2002
The Lord of the Rings: The Return of the King Release Date: December, 2003

Still seem to be set. Not sure they'd bring the dates forward just because some people don't want to wait.

I still think that the main blonde Elf guy had an aimbot, due to the fact he was getting so many headshots :p

Not really, K was replaced by the Morgue Doctor Lady, whose name I've thrust into the depths of my in-accessible memory.

I can't wait for the LOTR to come out on DVD. Just the sheer concept makes me yearn for a widescreen tv. Me and Legolas can be reunited at last, but with the added bonus of freeze frame, zoom and slow motion... shnarf.

And Blade annoyed me, cos it was a fairly stonking film right until the end when Mr Dorff turned into haemmoriods and then popped. It looked really crap and was a shite way to die.

And don't even begin to criticise my spelling of the h word cos you're all lucky I remembered it even starts with an "h".

I think they are going to do a george lucastm type release thing with the LOTR dvd, ie release them all 2gether when they are all made, bah long wait:(

Ahh well. I've got a rip of it, but it makes me feel like I have cataracts watching it. Its not grand. My housemate reckons he's on the hunt for a 6 disc dvd quality rip that apparently if a pirate of the demo sent to people, but I think its a case of chinny whack on, beard grow long*, that it actually exists. Tis the Holy Grail though, and it is our duty to have faith! Regardless though, it is something I want to BUY. Me, mine, territorial pissings, get your filthy mitts off, frame the receipt, buy.

*Obscure childhood reference that suddenly sprung to mind.

Heh, some trivia for you.

They made a Blade 2 a short time after the first one came out.

It flunked horribly, went straight to video and was never heard of again.

Heh, that's what you get when you make 'unofficial' sequels.

Thinking about Lucas and star wars, he said he was gonna wait 4 blue laser technology b4 releasing the star wars series, then all of a sudden(after the slagging it got)he puts phantom menace on dvd, i luv his films(including PM)and he is clearly a shrewd(sp)business man, yet i have a strong hatred 2wards him, much like i have against Bill Gates, pffff go figure:rolleyes:

I want it!! *chin wobbles*

I think I'd have sod all luck getting that on Morpheous since I've spent the last TWELVE days getting Ghost in the Shell through that. Got 90% through and the bloody electrician came round and shut down the electric, switching off my comp. Swear words were not enough.

I guess IRC is the way to go, but thats beyond my brain powers. I got as far as installing IRC, but after spending an entire night trying to get anywhere in it I have consigned it into my dusty unused section of my computer screen.

And back on topic, Men in Black was ok, but it was a bit like Ready Brek. Warm and satisfying, but nothing to chew on and no distinct taste. I compare lots of things in life to Ready Brek. Its my standard marker.

Its a bloody awful standard marker, considering its bottom of the (nice) food chain, thus putting almost everything thats not wholly twench somewhere three storeys above it.

Doubt it. The film was released simultaneously around the world to stop piracy, so I would imagine the DVD version would be the same.

Same thing happened with Gladiator, it was release here and in region 1 areas the same day.

Direct Connect is Horrid. One could spend hours just bouncing around the pish network of full servers, a sort of IRC tennis, if you will.

Pah. I don't find ready brek nice. Its just warm sugary cardboard. It doesn't make me gag, and it doesn't make me tapdance. Its just slam in the middle, along with drinking water and recieving scented candles as presents. So therefore its a good marker of indifference.

EDIT: This does come as a bit of a tangent but it seems I'm a slow typer so by the time I respond you guys have swept away the conversation... And Direct Connect? Magoo? I'm crap with computers, so just type using a bigger font and maybe I'll understand. Or something.

But water is required, so blatantly doesn't count. Scented candles smell nice, and are pretty. Ready Brek has nothing to offer other than a skanky bowl at the bottom. This makes it crap, and thus lower than indifference.
