Quite sad actually, this python was found in Indonesia and is (so far) the worlds longest snake measuring just shy of 49 foot so they scoop it up and keep it in a cage. also just found this a pic of the largest great white shark ever caught, Roy Scheider would have definately crapped hisself at the sight of this, caught off the coast of Cuba i think (which is quite funny as cuba has a great deal of the worlds smallest animals)

aye lol anacondas are the largest snake (i.e weight and length) and the longest one was 37foot... think maybe he'd have thought twice before attempting to tussle with j-lo though?

found a pic of a massive alligator but i suspect it's faked, if you look at where the guys stood his shadow falls on the ground across from the alligator but not actually overlaying the actual gator its self, dunno what'd you think?

tbh it looks the wrong shape it just looks like a pic of a real alligator thats been enlarged and stuck on because its way too bulky, when they get that long they dont usually look like the front of a JCB lake placid style, i'll see if i can find a pic of a nile croc for you thems is hoooge!

If its fake someone's put in a hell of an effort to get those shadows matching and the ribbon wrapped around the alligator casts a proper shadow and matches up well

Looking at it I think the man's shadow not appearing on the alligator might be caused by the glare of the light reflecting on the scales of the tail which does funny things to cameras, I get a "sense" of largeness about that animal, which of course doesn't mean I am right ^^

this is a lyger (yep cross between a lion and a tiger) when tigers and lions breed the offspring is nearly always sterile (htough there are very rare exceptions) and due to some wierd hormonal thingy i think (could be wrong) that they actually never stop growing

I absolutely adore big cats and I try to watch any documentaries on TV that I can when I am at home.

did anyone see that program a few weeks back where the guy went swimming with the Giant manta ray? It was truly awesome - manta rays are pretty cool, but these things are both huge AND cool!

He ended up with three of them letting him stroke them, and swimming around him for ages - he looked like a toy
