Actually I think SotL were planning something similar for the power relics, but aborted when midgard started in on Excal

well we had no more then u , about 40-50.
but sotl was on main to poke again at the relic for our own relic leaving the other 2 behind .
didnt work out tho.

The Order of The Knights Templar

We had a great attempt on the relic at what you could call "prime time". After an abortive early morning raid we went after the power relic around 10/11am with the Order of the Knights Templar and Griffon Knights. I have to say it was a pleasure to work with them and everyone had a really good time. We were spotted as we were pulling the uber guards (unlucky but to be expected at that time of day) yet despite all that we got the 3rd door down to 50% before we were wiped by a combination of uber guard spawns and Mid charges.

After that we all came back along with a lot more Albs and took 6 Mid keeps and then made a rather optimistic charge on the relic keep stuffed to the gunnels with trolls No relic was to be had but a lot of damage done and a good bit of fun taking all those keeps.

I think, what the whole of Midgard needs to realise, is that Grallarhorn is far from the Midgard Portal Frontier Keep (Svasud Faste), unlike the Albion Portal Frontier Keep (Castle Sauvage). So, in general, I guess the Albs would gather at Sauvage to invade Mid, and if they hear of a Mid invasion FROM SCOUTS, then they've pretty much just got a quick short run up the road.

Midgard has the problem that it takes longer to respond.

Simple time issue really.

Midgard also had the problem of not getting through all the preparations quickly enough. 30 minutes faster, and we might have stoof a chance. As per usual, it seemed to be a problem with Middie tactics and organisation
