this is NOT a flaming topic.

title means it's hard to see strong mid force out there since NF, and I wonder why, because:

Pre-nf I remember the good old days, when mids took our precious beno, and 20 mids easily defended it against 30-40 albs who tried to take it back.. it was an rp farmage for them.. since NF release they say uber mid guild quit the game.. but is that all? what happened to the powerful gtaoe spam at doors etc? i haven't seen any gtaoe force for a long time.. might because I'm not doing too many keep raids lately, i don't really enjoy them any more.. still, im curious...

No AoE pet spam class no bolt range insta spells ^^

Give that mids be back

Cuz they never satisfied.

That happens when you get to play with overpowered tools for years and then have when withdrawn xD

how can an insta mezz have a cast timer (even if the spell doesnt exist) now if u said bolt range insta mezz on a 1 sec recast timer that would of made more sence ;)

Played my berserker on excalibur a bit the last couple of days and all the time it seemed to be more mids than hibs/albs out (albs usually come close tho). Mids don't have relics on excal either, yet it's not stopping them from rvr'ing.

Just log in a group character instead of hunter alt, form a group and fight/zerg back instead of whining on forums mids. ;)

Didn't see any decent Alb groups out at all tonight, and only Jamie had a Hib group out, whereas both SC and KN had guild groups running (and there was a 3rd mixed Mid group out too). So, where are the Albs and Hibs?

guess its hard for keephuggers to realise that keeps and such sucks irl, and its like 1% ppl roaming of what it used to be. think most ppl liked roaming and fights in the open, very little of that = ppl quit, not strange..

There is no activity problem with Midgard.

The only problem with Midgard, is that they are confused as to how big the frontiers are. To aid them with discovering this new and plentiful land, I have drawn them a map.

Now I appreciate that this is only their own frontier, not Albs or Hibs, but its best to start small and work up from there.

The red area represents where the Mids like to hang out. This is known as Bledmeere Faste, and normally has about 5fg random mids running over the bridge every 10 seconds. The green area represents the rest of the frontier.

You ever thought of why mids are roaming bled area?? maybe you should tell your fellow hibs and the ewul albs to roam their own frontier as well?
Oh and I think you might need glasses or something, Ive never seen that many mids at bled, and I come there often to take a boat to alb.

I can assure you, then entire active RvR population of both Alb and Hibernia does not camp Bryna Bridge. Perhaps it is not me that needs glasses? (which I wear by the way).

I can also assure you that there are regularly high numbers of mids roaming that area, perhaps not on the dock, but the Alb/Hib boat drop off point sees a lot of action. As does the peninsula. Then there is always the bridge itself.

So you say that hibs roam their own frontier? I cant really help you on that as I usually roam alb myself but Ill tell you someyhing fun, albs dont really roam their frontier. Only place to find albs is when they retake towers or at beno which is the same situation as bled if you ask me.

I find fights other places tho but I wont tell where :) but again its not really roaming ppl

There has been mid opted fgs sighted a lot more than alb/hib ones since NF release anyway so what makes it any different.

Bridges are like Mg's, all (shall i say random?) that dont have a group go there to "rvr" and so does most stealthers (no not all stalthers but i would say 80%+ of em).

And this is the same for all realm well mebbe not hib's but albs atleast, if it aint mid's camping there it will be albs there.
Same as old good amg in emain.

prydwen had around 1350 online when i logged in, and it was a record of mids online, around 320 mids was online, was record for some weeks.

can it be that most mids that quit/playing dont wanna bore em to death by camping keeps or just wanna fight in a smaller place since nf is to big for a lowpop server as prydwen?

those who dont like keepshit go to places where there often comes other ppl who also does'nt like keepshit, thus ppl roam bled, beno, dc etc to get some action with not going to a retarded keep.

and as belomar said, theres like at most 1 hibgrp out and almost never a albgrp thats nearly opted and atleast 1 midgrp out roaming.

Very few opted groups are actually out now. Most I tend to see is 2 from each realm now, ofc, you could probably make a few opted groups out of the Albs that usually populate my screen ;)

Yes, that is true. Every time mids run out, they tend to pass Brynja Bridge. Ever noticed the docks next to that bridge? Thought of why most people pass it?

And yes again, some people do actually camp that area. Why?
- Hibs/Albs come in steady supply to fight.
- They are too few to go take a tower and be met with five times their numbers.

It's been tried, and even the underpopulated realm on the server managed more numbes than mids could field. No need to discuss what Albs managed.

I don't get what you gripe about. Recently a few names have managed to organise mids a bit (Gustav/Werewulf to mention some). I hope that it will set in and actually improve the realm coordination.

its just that when you're used to being 80% overpowered, you'll feel gimped once you become only 40% overpowered :(
