Midgard Sucks on this server?

Well...first of all, sorry for my english, i will try to explain my question
Deleted from Albion Excalibur, it was a realm with lot of ppl and i allways liked to choose the "weak" realm...or the one with some disadvantage. It appears that excalibur is a good server to play midgard, but the other day when i created my char on mid, i maked a who emain and who hadrian and who odin etc etc...not much ppl on rvr... so i asked someone why theres not ppl in rvr? he told me that ppl dont goes much of rvr...always lvling and doig things like that...then what shall i do?stay in mid?(want this but im not sure)...go to hib?(i think its not a good question to do in this forum but i like rvr...and if mid is not a good choice in rvr i will move.) what do u recommend?when i joined mid ppl gave me some money so it seems u all r good people...thats 1 point for midgard

Mid is ok to play, there are good and decent ppl here and hehe alot of wankers also, but i think its the same for all realms!

Anyway i never regret my choice rolling mid when i started in early march, wont ever move either.

Do as u wish m8, play mid if u want a decent realm, alb if u wanna be whiner or hib if u want to chop trees and be gay , its all up to you!

Many people spellcraft/alchymy and level alts, but there is still an active RvR population. Just don't ask people to RvR when Darkness Fall is open cause then most people are down there

And btw - don't choose the "underdog" realm, choose the realm that is most apealing to you interms of class', atmosphere etc.
That is the reason it has always been Midgard for me - tried Hibernia and felt like I was on acid running around on that green golfcourse and Albion have never made much of a impact on me

In midgard, as with all other realm as Aaragorn says, you can find both excellent people and not so excellent people, but usually most people are nice enough to answer most questions patiently.
(Just don't run around and asking for free goldz or itamz )

its quite odd, on normal day theres 1fg of mids at best in emain, but kick em out of df at prime time... and legions of the buggers descent upon us, they must all be farming or leaving a new generation of players i guess

Hehe, have you tried to take any mid keeps lately? Our response to invaders is swift and severe. A lot of people are farming items to go with their uber sc outfit or crafting, or leveling alts. And we are usually quite active in odins. There's probably a lot of mids in the new dungeon too, because hibs and albs seem to be very attracted to it:-D

midgard are owning our own frontier, but as far as invading the others alliance usually goes like..

atm we have a lot of inactive from crafters/alts (/who alchemist = a million matches ), but we dont want pity, we know we can be gr8 when we try.

Mids do good rvr on exal
Hibs do good rvr on exal

All is fun, all is nice people....

If you want the realm with the disadvatage, that is albs
But they need instructions, not more people =)

Vengence have been beaten by fair numbers quite some times ;P

thx all for the info...yesterday i was watching to play a level 50 friend paladin on exc/alb... that was sad!!
They were like 40-50 ppl and killed ALL Mids and Hibs that was in emain... and that was not a raid lol, only a normal day...(cough).
But...df was opened to midgard... and like someone said, when df is open no matter which realm u choose, u go there and forget rvr. Btw i choosed the "gay" realm hehe, in prydwen of course... but i was thinking about a norseman, they look nice with that helms, wanted to try one...so i will join mid/exc .

an00bish, last time I won against LA was few days ago with 2fgs of Aesir's Blade, and we were fair numbers. I also forget to mention another thing that Albs do frequently. They spam laugh on you after u die and stomp on your body for 10 minutes.

Mid/Exc is the worst realm for RvR, hardly anyone go to emain and thats were the fun battles are... Mid/exc is only good for zerging odins and its getting really really booring. Another sad fact is that there is shitloads of lvl 50 healers but none of em RvR :|. Both alb and hib are better in FG vs FG fights in general then mid is, sure there is really bad hibs and sure there are some good mids but in general mid sucks.

There are less active RvR guilds in mid then in hib/alb that dedicate themselves to learn to cooperate and play well in small groups.

Hehehehe - so you'd rather zerg in Emain then in Odin's.

I think people stay away from Emain to get away from zergs - and RvR in Odin's used to be more 1-2FG vs 1-2FG oriented.
Lately though it seems that 3FG+ of albs and hibs find it fun to go to Odin's in wich case Mid have to place 3FG+ there to counter and thus the zerging starts where eveytime somebody gets wiped they come back in bigger numbers and so the circle continues.

Emain is dull due to zergs - Odin's is starting to see more zergs and thus it will proberly get dull also. But remember Odin's is our land and thus we should go there to defend more then trying to get past mmg in Emain.

99% of the midds seem to go to odins and zerg cos they can then blame their "zerging" on that they are defending their realm, but nvm just an idea

personally i dont like odins - snowstorms cuts the fps =P

I`m quite sure, at least I hope this is the case, that people are farming money to buy sc:ed armor and farming rings, jewels etc to get that uber gear everyone want. Hopefully it`ll pass in a week or so, seems like the worst rush is over already. =)

Where is everyone?

I think a lot of people in Mid, including myself are not happy with their first class choice for RvR. As a result we have a lot of the more RvR focussed classes being leveled up. Combine that with the people farming for equipment and crafting and you will see that Midgard is getting ready to kick ass.
