Midgard needs an RvR guild

i think the idea of another rvr guild is good personally, it doesnt have to be a "l33+" guild just some people only play this game for rvr so they may get more from an rvr guild, just my opinion

we do have rvr guilds prophets/defiance are rvr and i do belive that ab and blizzard are talking about merging to form a pure rvr guild(maybe rong but thats what i have been told as to why bliz members have left)

This almost makes me cry. Offcourse its fun to own in emain, but is it really the most important thing in the game? Will it be fun for aslong as a guild usually lives? No, it will be fun a few runs, in the end a guild must be a couple/alot of mates that have fun together. Elite guilds are frommy experience fun for awhile but in the end what you need in a guild is friends.

Why dont you just arange this as an event inside the youre alliance instead? Both FoM/LOM alliance and AB alliance have arrange alliance raids, sometimes even raids together. So why not just have an event? If you arent in one of the alliances maybe you can talk to Ardamel or Poon about getting help with contacting the alliances. Im sure there are lots of people that want to join in such event as this.

In the end you will miss youre ol´mates from former guilds! Thats personal experience talking

so some people its boring in emain and thats not what the game is about, well who cares RvR in the purest form to me is emain, not bashing some guards in uppland because it belong to hib/alb.

I would love to be in grps with serious players who wanna try out new char combinations and for instance get sms working really good in emain.

And learn eachother and get better in emain.. im guilded tho and not going to leave.. but grping with np atleast show that people in their groups listen to the healer/or leader.

Hear hear. As one of the just hitting over 40 and becoming a viable option for RvR people in a small but highly active guild, I would just like to wholeheartedly agree with Poon's opinion on this one.

There are already plenty of us un-uber or non-leet guilds who would love to get involved in some more organised RvR but we don't have 20 lvl 50 players or 10p per player to go out and reinforce keep gates to level 10 every 20 minutes.

For the last three weekends Wolverines have gone out into the frontiers of Midgard (and last night into Albieland) in a group of 6 and just basically had a laugh - or tried to as much as is possible with 6 versus the zerg.

As it is we find it difficult to discover where our tiny but highly skilled at bashing together group could be of some use because we aren't lvl 50 RR5 uberleet players. We don't need another guild making it even harder for us to get a chance at RvR.

PS: Poon we are only small but we'd very much like to get some sort of involvement in the Midgard RvR and we don't care how, can we have a chat sometime

I never said Aesirs Blade wernt teh mutts nutts in rvr btw, its just we arnt all d00d's, guild chats nearly always peeps chating and having a laugh, it ant all HIBS AT AMG !1!1! OMFG PWNED BY SPEARO CHEATING MOFU, ALBS AT TOWER AHA AH AH, we save that for group chat

I love a good bit of rvr but basicly guilds formed from friendships form a solid base to build from, forming a guild from rp standings alone isnt.
