Midgard Is Fucked WD To Albs/Hibs

Well were fucked now in mid no1 can get grps unless your in a rvr guild or a decent guild with lots of people. We have no keeps and we do go to take a keep ppl are all over the fucking place like dont know how to play rvr atoll let alone take a fucking keep. Its like its just 13 year olds playing runing around and attacking things and geting pwned. Albs may zerge etc like earlyer me on bled bridge allways solo got jumped by a mincer,infil,scout then befor that was a solo reaver I attacked and started pwning him lol and a ranger started shooting me ^^ anyway but atlest they know how to get there ppl in order and sort there shit out. Hibs are more powerful then both of us they run high rr and geared up grps and know how to play and there a fucking powerful realm. Im ashymed of mids get your fucking act together for ffs plz stop being a bounch of rp whores and work together not just rvr guilds you have to work with the hole realm.

Well done to albs for sorting your ppl out and geting your shit together takeing keeps etc tho but not the zergeing its just fucking annoying and dont say you dont cos you blainty do.

Even bigger well done to hibs for geting all your shit together and playing good rvr.

Just one thing. Your unconstructive swearing and throwing toys out the pram wont help matters.

What you got to do is begin small, take the first step and try get some organisation. 1fg, 2fg, 4fg. no matter what size start somewhere and let it grow. Most albs raids atm start that way. 1fg go out, hold their own, hit a tower, another fg come and helps, then another and next thing there is 80albs on a keep.

Instead of sweraing and insulting your realm, organise a group or 2, use your alliance and if people listening to leader from start then those that join later normally follow suit.

As said above, start small.

Get a few guilds together in a /bg, get a few groups organised, and get someone to lead it who reacts well in a tight spot.

But overall, make sure that EVERYONE listens to that person.

You say people are running around all over the place, there's really only 2 reasons: 1) no-one is telling them what to do, or 2) no-one is listening to those who are trying to get everything organised.

I know for a fact that there are a few people in Mid who are quite capable of getting things rolling, so pressure them into getting this done, or take on the role yourself.

Once you get 3-4 groups going in an organised raid, word will spread, people will start gathering and things should grow from there.

One thing though, do NOT listen to or let anyone from any of the current Mid gank groups try to take things over, they all seem to be too interested in their own LWRP to give a shit about their realm, so don't even bother to include them. Let the masses speak, that's what NF is about, and don't let elitist fuckwits mess things up by throwing temper tantrums over their inability to work well with their own realm.

Isn't DAOC a game about war between 3 realms? So if hibs take a mids keep, thats allowed, not something you should QQ about, its something that you should just put ur mind onto getting it back. Work as a team like hibs do and you will get far.

Happens in all realms when i started RF alb was in a pretty bad state and took weeks of crap to get going and for alb to sort itself. Even now we hada few bg raids, guilds helping each other, but wouldnt say alb is anywhere near perfect right now.

Hibs took a battering far too long and glad to see them out in RvR more

and im sure albs had a battering for a long time (maybe not as much) and now its mids turn, so sit back, relax, Mids time will come again, just need to be patient.

Maybe mid should step back a few and look at the picture. See where we are going wrong. If you first dont succeed, try, try and try again.

Sure mids are having trouble atm, we just need to find our strong points and work on that and maybe work more as a team.

As mids dont have any relics now, so lets just Evade ALBIAN/HIBERNIA dont worry about if hibs/albs in our frontier, keep the pressure on their lands. What ever happens in mid frontier ignore it, if it means take alb/hib keeps keep up the pressure.

Has anyone even bothered to count the amount of objects that need claiming, and compared them to the number of guilds that RvR? You'll see that the latter is much smaller than the former. That is a BIG part of the problem.

We don't have a million little guilds, like the hibs and albs seem to have. 5-6 big guilds, and that's it. That's 5 big keeps. The rest is sometimes claimed, but most of the time it isn't. :/

dunno what time the relics were taken, but was probally at work so no way for me to help defend, but when i can get enought ppl together i will claim a tower, however blaming the mass selection of people isnt right, as alot of us have better things todo than sit around and play games when we could be doing constructive things(this coming from me who sat around for a year unemployed playing daoc ) and imo swearing isnt gonna solve anything either, if u feel so strong about it gimmly maybe u should try and lead a keep take/relic defence/take.

I did not really read this as a whine thread (apart from the usual zerging point) but more a prod at his own realm - middies.

IMO there is a place for GG's in a BG as long as they work with the good of the BG in mind. Hibbies seem to do it ok but sadly, from what I have seen, that does not happen for middies atm as they only work for themselves.

Middies have a lack of guilds and so cannot claim keeps ? Well seems to me there is an easy and obvious answer.

Pre-NF most of us felt that middies were the uber realm, albs lacked organisation and hibbies lacked numbers.

Well hibbies have adapted, planned and worked. We also have a population (yes it is numericall smaller) that is willing to go RvR. We have some decent RvR guilds who actually help the BG, they run as a GG but are part of the BG and fill some specific tasks really well.

Albs had some early set backs but now seem to have re-grp'd and are getting their act together.

Middies have the ability to do the same but until they pull together we will simply see more annoyed and frustrated posts.

Guilds with more then 10 million RP's :

Hibernia: 23
Midgard: 40
Albion: 29

Put a BB inside inactive guilds to claim it or so; people will think twice for taking a level 10 tower; while a level 1 unclaimed keep is something I can take solo on my ranger in reasonable time.

That is true hibs have been the underdog for long, but I think many people wants the new patches to be something that balances the game, not just shift the domination to another realm

Trouble is the peeps who are doing less well at any particular time always feel the game is un-balanced. The current un-balance is largely caused by middies not actually working together as a realm but for themselves as individuals or guild grps.
