Ok Ok, This isnt targeted all ALL the players in BG1.

Went on my Shadowblade late lastnight/early morning (Arounf 3-4am GMT because I got a PM saying they needed help?)

Got there, got in chat group and after about 5 mins my head was ready to POP!!!

Spamming of "REGROUP AT MID BRIDGE" and " ALL COME TO HTK!".

We had very little organisation and nobody that stood a chance really to lead us into battle

I found myself going solo on a 22 shadowblade with 5+5 stealth because I got pig sick off the PPL I was grouped with thinking it was a good idea to take the keep with such poor organisation, and in doing so getting half the group killed by Guardians and the scattered Hibs that were around the area.

Is this what its like peak time now or was it just every one was tired and basically couldnt be arsed??

Please dont take the keep!

Its t3h lame when we have the keep because all ppl use it as is a "shit i got hit, im gona go hide in the keep" place like albions

Trying to take the keep is fun, but once we own it everything just goes down hill ;(

All BG CG's are like this, you'll find it hard to get one that isn't as most of them are full of people who don't know much about the game who're on Power trips.

Umm... another thing. Look, I dont mind albs allying with mids against us treehuggers (well, actually i DO mind because i never had the honour of such a pleasant cross-realm-teamwork myself, but that's another story).

But one thing I keep noticing: while mids are brave enough to fight with us almost anytime at any given odds, albies (at least on our server and in our BG1) are terribly traumatized and scared. They mez us, stun us and then take us out... hold tight... at least 4 to 1... I rarely fought against 2 albs and I guess never ever with a single one. Oh yea, and when they cannot meet the above-written odds, its simple, they hide in their PK.

Even last evening, Peen and the skald chick... well all my respects, they fought bravely even when they wiped me and Liebling in a heartbeat. But the alb minstrel and infils? No way... they stayed in the background and unless their mid friends came to help, ONLY then did they dare to engage us.

Oh, and Peen, tell your minstrel friend she (or he) could've had me then at the ruins, one to one, if she hadn't run. Nice and clean. How? Well easy, tell her to look at her spell-bar and figure it out! Geeeez.


Oh, and both parties, mids and albs, HAVE to learn the secret of escaping a camped PK. It's easy but it's risky... and fun :-D

The Minstrel wasnt a friend of mine, She was in the same house as the Skald so I got a PM from him saying dont attack the albs ETC.

So i fort why not, this could be quite fun.

Anyways it was a good night, best part was when you all charged ATK and we took u down, that was supercoolage!

I know albs allways have to team up, well most albs, I know becuase i played there. What I wander is though why do the zerg of hibs that was there today have to kill me all on my own? i was going to get out of the wya of the zerg and go to the albs but you hunted me down

I wouldnt mind it if you sent one or two people after me, but instead I had maybe 15ish hibs all chasing me for 1rp, I dont see the point in that.

Oh and to the hib who wrote about getting out of the pk up there - Its kind of hard when you are in bg alone near enough and there are many hibs at the bottom of the hill waiting for you

Also like to add, the other night how did you hibs get so close to our pk without being killed? i couldnt get up half that far as a hib on prydwen or alb on excal before i got shot by the guards at mpk. So how why didnt the guards shoot at you until you was nearly at the door?

Thing is, you guyz dont make the difference between :

- being ZERGED ( like 100 ppl thundering the earth killing everything in their path)

and

- being afraid to carry on a fight 1 group vs 1 group, or similar.

Look, I've suicided many times inside a Mid zerg (oooh those trolls... mmmm) just because I wanted to buy a few more seconds for my bard or druid to get away (and it worked! hihi )
or just because I thought "oh what the hell, now or never! Long Live Hibernia!" and sometimes I drew a kobie or a half beaten up norsie with me onto death.

Ok, well, not counting the few times when i DID avoid a battle, but thats called tactical retreat <blush>

Well, anyway, regardless of fighting technique (which is clear now, is not only individual, but also realm specific) I had a great time and hopefully will still have untill I reach me cap.

Well I must say I will never ever team up with an alb (well maybe with one of the few good friends from back there) But I would gladly join in with the hibs spanking the Albs as they are so damn chicken.....

But today I got a bit sad on the boring hibs *Yey, we have the keep, lets stand on this hill and let the nukers give us a few rps*

Standing on MB, when suddenly someone calls out Albs from behind, rushed against em to maybe take one or so with me (bah, mercs are nasty when they do get there hits in)
Hibs take this oppertunity to rush out, me fighting 2 mercs, who does the hibs start ganking, well ye, the poor skald.......

And a little thing more, wanted to say little sorry Mattani or something, the female minstrel whom I happen to pray upon a few time, down by the river I shouldnt have killed you when u *gave up*.....but then again....you are an alb and need to get killed
