Honestly, how many times have you logged in wondering what the hell you were doing?
Logging in only to chat with some people because there were no groups. Annoyed to hell that toa "would not change rvr" but is mandatory if you want to compete , be it ml's or exping your artifacts. How many times have you logged off thinking what a waste of time it was, frustrated and maybe even more down because you know you'll do the same thing the next day if not in a few hours.

This game stopped being fun when Mythic forced us into buying new expansions with more powerfull items, races, classes and abilities. When they forced us into playing more and longer just to be able to keep competition going and finally when they keep throwing us cookies with half-witted tweaks and more mind numbing pve, and making all promises long-term just to get the addiction myself and quite some others have become a slave off going.

I know i stopped playing for fun a long time ago, but have you (and this is the general you)

This is exactly why I've stopped playing ............ For now. I will prob come back with NF if its worth it. Thankfully I have brothers playing so I can keep abreast and get to play very rarely .

Klavrynd, that lack of purpose when logging in is something most of us feel at some time or another. How long have you played, since beta or when game was released? It is natural that you get burnt out over that time. Not because you get a few expansions in the pve field, personally I think it is more due to a non evolving rvr game. The New Frontiers is probably 2 years behind what would be ideal, running around in Emain for so long, a map that is devoid of any interesting terrain, isnt stimulating.

The must get new items/templates/RAs grinding is a bit sad, would have been better if we didnt get spellcrafting and other uber items maybe. But then, how many old hands would have liked rvr to stay at the level if the first summer when every enemy was tagged "Albion/Hiberna Invader"? The lack of options to the team fortress gameplay together with a lack of interesting maps would probably have driven away many more today than the expansions have done. Forcing you to get new items/RAs etc do provide a goal for some people

1 used to be enough Orm to create the hammers but now when you cast them no matter how many targets you hit all you get is one peezy ass hammer which hits your target on the head others just mysteriously take damage.
