1) Ml10 sb vest has crap procs
2) melee/soloers need procs more than anything to stay alive/kill fast
3) sb is a well populated class

Hmm, i see the item, but market explorer seems to have messed up all the stats, it's got the price right, but doesn't list your house..... And one stat on it say + 18 stealth Oo!
