Right MS have released the latest version of their Intellimouse Explorer, it has the same shape and design as the new wireless ones.

Where the hell can I buy one? I have had a look around but everyone is still selling the 4.0 version. My old one is starting to look a bit knackered, even though its working fine, I just feel like treating myself to a new one.

Wait till it breaks then get a free one from Microsoft, got me a free intellimouse 4.0 when my first gen one packed up

Yeah, I've done that before... but I've had this one way longer than a year and I havent got the proof of purchase anymore. Not sure it would work, and they are only £25 quid now compared to the £55 odd I paid for my first one.
