Depends if you just like flying around. The tutorials are really good, its all done in video.
Multiplayer is fun, a group of you meet at an airport anywhere in the round then just fly around together
I havent seen anyone trying to do formation flying or anything but theres no reason why not.
I think you can pick it up for £20 now, check out MS Flight Sim X pictures its out at the end of the year if you want to wait for that one.
