This English bloke has just won the Ultimate Fighter tv show for his weight division. I watched the final yesterday and he looks different class, totally battered his opponent.

So credit where credit is due, for once an outstanding Englishman doing us proud in America.

Aye Tito looks like he is up for it again, the Arlovski fight was absolute pesh tbh the should have made him fight another guy before getting straight into the ring with him again.

I thought the UF 3 was excellent. Best bit for me was when a couple of yanks got knocked out due to injury and they had to go back and ask earlier losers if they wanted to be brought back in to have another go. The first two yanks said no - "my head's not right man", "I'm not in the zone" etc. The top bloke says "I've got an idea" and goes and asks Ross, the bruiser from Manchester. He couldn't even get the sentence finished before Ross is taking his shirt off to jump in the ring " I'll fuckin fight" he says. "Why?" says UF chap. "it's what I do" says Ross. "god bless the British" says UFC man. Ross is a total meathead (and he lost again) but it was a great telly moment. He was the kind of bloke the British army love - point and shoot soldiers...
