You could do what I did: Send it away to be repaired, then have the delivery company deliver it to the wrong address on the return journey, then they'll claim the package never existed and shunt responsibility onto the repair centre, who blame the complete fucktard who signed for it in my name at the wrong address (!) and then denied all knowledge.
Actually I don't recommend that.
