i like this "freeze" thing. where u get em to stop n stuff and nick their stuff. well ace.......
and the trick is. unlock all the charachters and levels first. THEN play it. lot better as couldnt be bothered playing it thorugh JUST to get roswell.

only gripe is that tokyo is the hardest map i seen. cant find the last 2 stats.........whoops wondered off topic. original MGS was brilliant. spent hours just running around the vents chasing mice. and i understood it.......apart from the ending about snake dieing......no idea wtf she was going on 'bout. and i find it impossible to get the bandana............sniping....*DROOL*
hope thats kept up for my sake at least. not as good as CS but still decent.
*rants on for the next oooooohh say 5 minutes?*

wasnt going to buy it, wasnt interested in it, thought it was all hype.... have read no reviews, never played MGS1..

Only gripe so far is too many codec bits upset the pace of the game, I'd prefer it if they'd included the player in real time cut scenes or you could move around whilst talking but..... it's fookin' brill

It's good but overhyped.
A) I don't like the scenario (Big Shell)
B) Raiden's a fucking twat
C) Vampire and a woman who makes bullets go round her. Shite.
The rest is pretty good, and the music is probably some of the best I've heard.

There one with the charlies angels cover in the lounge. BTW anyone know how you get to the ones where the mags are? There on top of place you cant get to. I take it you do it after u complete the game once or twice.

I just got me a PS2 today
Comet had a deal on buy the PS2 and any two games for £267 so I got MGS2 (45) and Silent Hill 2 (45) so 90quids worth of games for £67.
I like MGS2 although I'm not too good at it (I'm usually ok with the controls but I keep finding I'm walking forward then the camera changes and I'm walking back again) nice graphics
I played SH2 for 2hours the first hour I spend wandering through the fog to the town now I spend the next hour wandering up and down the same streets over and over killing the same identical monster. Though I did look at the making of DVD and later parts look more interesting.
Next orders... Resident Evil:Code Veronica & GTA3
Oh and the dolby pro logic and widescreen are great (used to PS1 with no sticks and an aerial plug)

The games easy. Ive finsihed MGS2 3 times on the tanker and 2 on the plant.
Im gonna go find all the dog tags now to get the stelth suit. TBH Res Evil was pants. GTA3 is a must and will totlally stun you when you see it. GT3 is good. THPS3 is good.

good game.......ending was bad.......skipped all the cut scenes = missed the plot
