meta tags

Does anyone know where I look to fix the meta tags for my phpBB 2.0.4 bulletin board? I've looked in all the files (through cute ftp) I can think of, it's probably something obvious like most of my question but I'm lost...

I think they are in the file called overall_header.tpl, which is in the theme folder. If you allow multiple themes on your forum you will need to update each one.
