Is there a way that i can filter out any thread that starts "gratz" "grats" or any thread that contains the word "stlong" ?

AFAIK it's jsut a waste of pixel life.

Yeah - don't load FreddysHouse - that'll filter them all out and you'll still get the same amount of useful content.
