As has been said, if xp in frontier zones or dungeons expect to die. Some people leave little lowbies alone but most just see them as potention level 50 so why leave them to plunder a rich vain of xp.

I personally sit on the fence and have help enemy levers and I have butchered then needlessly.

Just do what everyone else does go to /gu and say "Damn grey ganking Mid/Hib <delete as appilcable> why they have to kill me then I was on a roll" Then let it be.
