Ehm; a real mercenary has (way) higher weaponskill; better armour; more hitpoints; real tank RA's and the such. Due to this a mercenary will almost all the time do better then a mercfiltrator specced infiltrator.

Infiltrator adds abit more surprise attacks (being able to stealth) and can do nasty poisons on his weapons.

In the end for normal RvR a merc >>>>>>>>> merc-specced infil.

Good spec? For mercs: 50 weapon 50 Dualwield rest parry with just enough points to get engage on shield-spec perhaps.

For mercfiltrator? Well for starters 50 weapon 50 Dualwield and rest Evenom to get best enervating poisons.

too bad with bodyguard inc in toa you wont be able to add on grps like now anymore, and the ns - sb population is not rly rising + rp-share system will make you cry (aye 5 infis versus 1 ns are not what i call good rps.)
