Uses the new ( 1.64 ) DF ring and epic stuff and the belt Mercs get from Ogres might so no need for changing it to dex version.

I would never use those weaps as a slasher.

Get the 4 spd 16.5 dps one next patch and 2.6 offhand, far far better damage at similar speed on dual swings....
