ps(sorry that i sort of swiped that rog by going and buying it off his CM for buyout, but i didnt have that much cash and was afraid you would outbid me if i didnt )

Should be 101str/101con/80quick/400hp and almost capped resists bar 2 or so.

The problem there Mani is that with the new det changes light tanks already need Det5/Charge 2/3 as primary Ra's, so you can see thats either 5L9 or 7L4, 10 extra points at that stage is pretty substantial.
