Aye, loox like good weaps. And indeed the merc TL seems like a twat. 10% given-melee resist pierce proc chance seems good to me.

Sc already made as long as they keep the 10% melee reists debuff.

OMG the merc TL is so stupid, cant realize that every time that weapon proc it adds one strength relic in your pocket.

tbh @ 4.2 spd it means for me champ weapon main hand Malice off hand.

Not just for the speed, but for the debuff too I guess ;p
None of them all, including the TL, seem to be a 100% sure about whether it's two procs or a proc and a charge, tho it seems like two procs to me.
