went for the first shakedown ride on meh n00 bike yesterday evening. was teh win, and teh hurts at the same time. managed to be silly and fall over due to my left spd not unlocking :/ ah well, that's what shakedowns are for

OMG! Played my weekly 5-a-side game (Team : Pot Belly Masters) last night. Thank God we had one sub, I was dying after 5 mins.

It's waaaayyy to hot to play football.

Luckily I have Thursday and Friday off to sit in the sun. Except they give rain

You should have tried my daily 2.2 mile jog yesterday, I was still sweating after a cold shower for ages.


BTW my office has the r0><0r air con, although I'd give it up for a centrino so I could run around outside with the rabbits and weasels.
