Many thanks for all you who showed up...and btw that was a s++t load of you. Shows that we all aware of the situation and that loads of you care enough to try to do something about it.
The long and short of it is...
We are trimming our alliances down to the top 4 actives. Pwned, New Era, Norrsken, and Fedaykin. If you are not in those alliances pls approach me or someone in them to join. I always felt that ppl arent attached to their alliance as much as they are to their guild so I hope I'm not dissing any of you who are in the other alliances. This will serve to consolidate our resources. Get to know those in the other alliances....and keep them informed of each others activities.
Within each alliance pls check as to which guilds are deadwood and have left. Drop them to make room for the other guilds who are joining our great realm for the first time. As it stands we have 59 guilds in the top7 alliances. In effect more than we need. The idea here is not to shut ppl out but to welcome u all in. No matter how small ur guild is or what kind of player u are....l33t or casual there is room. PLS as a gm of your guild take 10mins out of your playtime to do this.
Most of you expressed concerns with how we operate in RvR as a realm. Trust me...with time and a renewed confidence on our streamlined state (man i sound like a management consultant), that will all fall into place. Also with the better communication that the concentratd alliances bring we can also take care of all the MLs and arti hunts that the rest of u need. I am always willing to lead such events as are others.
Take this weekend to think about this...I am gonna call another meeting for Monday 9pm GMT...same place...svasud faste to see how we have progressed.
Remember though when you do join a new alliance of the rules...some like loads of spam some dont. Find out which ones suit your playstyle as a guild and try to avoid those that dont. No sense rocking the boat. Ask around, its as simple as a /send.
