[HELP] "Maximum number of subscriptions reached"

I entered my CE key and got this error:
"Maximum number of subscriptions reached"

I re-entered it and got:
"this key already activated"

... but I don't have any CE in-game goodies.

I've emailed GOA using the form on their site, but had no response; anyone else?

If you can log in the game, just wait patiently for the item mails. Mine took a fair few hours.

The first mailbox I came across contained the four SE mails, on different characters.

And yes, they are rather shit, but still, running around with one eye rocks!

I just rolled a new character and my CE items were sitting in my inbox, so I guess they'e found my bug and squashed it, thanks all.
