also, when getting rps from oil or defending keeps, do you get same amount at 20-24?

@ 24 i would say u do get the same amount of rps as a lev 50 does for keep defence/take, same with a tower take/defence. if not exactly the same i doubt its very far off.

cant say for oil though as i never managed to get/stay on it for long enough

Think there's no cap on rps from siegeweapon kills, dunno if it's been mentioned before but cba checking

i have a new celt ranger inc to thid that will have 2% melee, capped all needed resists, stats. capped hits cap(for those of you who dont know u cán have +92 hits in thid so a total of 184 + to hits. some dex con str cap aswell. and gonna have items with these str/con and dex/qui spec buff charges. this will be rr2
ill describe my character in one word. pwnage

So wats you Hit Points you got buffed?? most buffed Rangers go down in 2 maybe 3 hits in the left axe chain.
