max stats from SC?

Just wondering one thing, did it ever happen in some patch, that you can get above the cap of +75 from items at lvl 50?

So what im curious about generally is that, is it possible to spellcraft a suit with lets say +60 str +75 con +90dex +75qui and get max benefit from the dex?

Why im wondering this is as a thrust minstrel the weaponskill would be exactly same as with 75str 75 dex but i would also get more benefit on evade block and stuff with higher dex.
(would be able to carry less loot tho, but who cares )

in ToA there are items that raise your stat cap above 75 (+6 dex cap for example) until then there is no way to do his though.

also remember that when a stat is over 300 there is diminishing returns, so swaping them over may not give an equal weapon skill

There was a patch change whereby you could SC stats higher than the standard cap bonuses, however Mythic decided not to run it on live and the idea vanished until TOA.
