MAX & Reaver = Easy mode?

I must seem to be unlucky. I'm about the only person who seems to run into 3 or 4 enemy max's. Funny thing was the other day i found 3 outside a base. I started to shoot one of them then they started shooting at me. But i was strafing around one of them. Not only did they kill me but they also killed the MAX i was strafing around :D . They were NC MAX's all 3 of them.

Would this be classed as greiving  .

Must have been a few trigger happy people around that night.

Yea, heh, most MAXs i see that wander in groups spot me, then just fire blindly killing most of their own side in the crossfire, same with a lot of reavers, their eyes must glaze over or something when they see the enemy, firing off as many missiles as they hold to keel a single soldier :p

Yeah but those that kill their own team amongst a few enemies get shown as 'skilled' players on any stats page, if you kill 5 enemy grunts but 3 of your own team, you get 5 kills. The grief points will disappear soon enough and you can repeat again.

Grief points should be a LOT more harsh so you're much more careful with your fire and not everyone rushing in launching explosives willy nilly everywhere, even if their team-mates are there.

Problem with grief points is that 50% of the time its the guy who got killed who is 100% at fault.

Punishing a player for injuring or killing someone when its not their fault is a bit harsh, prime example is players in agile exo-suits who dance around an nme max with a pop-gun while a friendly max tries to kill it without killing the dancing fool :)

I am racking up insane ammounts of gp's since I got that Rocket Rifle for x-mas. :p

Agreed - most of the time it's the "victim's" fault. Gee, they see me taking aim at someone but have to rush in to quickly grab the kill.

50gp at once - that was my personal record so far.
Tower - 5 TR just respawned - I take aim to get a nice 6-rounds-of-luv in their midst and some idiots just have to rush down the stairs...

lets not forget how awful reavers are when it gets laggy.
It's like juggling jelly.
Wobble, wobble, crash, wobble wobble, smash.

I got really fed up last night constantly crashing due to lag.
I'd be persuing a ground target and constantly crashing into something I had steered around.

Ditching the Reaver cert later.
