Matter (Lithic?) LW Sword For A Valkyrie?

Apparently, the Valkyrie side chain proc (Odin's Bite/Deathblow) is of the matter damage type. Because of this i'm toying with the idea of using a matter based LW sword on my s/s specced Valk to see if it increases my proc damage by a useful amount.

Could somebody list the stats for a matter LW sword for me? Also, at what speeds would it be available?

Based upon my Valks qui, including RA's and haste/toa bonuses i need a weapon around 3.1 to swing at cap speed.

Stats changed in a patch from +28con to +28str instead, resists remained the same. Weaponspeed is the same as the weapon component used in the combine AFAIK.

4.0spd,
28 Str,
8% Spirit/Matter resists
10 AF

Don't suppose you know the proc normal proc rate for a LW weapon?

unusual if it doesn't go off in a fight, and most stealther fights are ~15secs
