So you have 14 football matches. Options are of course, win lose or draw.

How many combinations are there?

It's probably more involved but I would start with 3^14, seeing as how there's 3 possible outcomes for the first match (W, D, L) and 9 for the first 2 matches (WW WD WL, DW DD DL. LW LD LL) etc.

I'm talking in terms of covering all your bases when making bets on accumulators for all 14 matches.

Something like that. Thats nearly the same number of posibilities as the old lottery that was 49 numbers and you have 42 individual results to cover. So millions of combos.
