Hi Guys Wonder if you could help me

How do. Bought a laptop to connect to bt hub wirelessly. Running fine connecting at 54mbps and all of a sudden its connecting at 1mbps and slow as fook. Runs fast hard wired to hub but wireless suddenly slow. Tried changing channels still same. Connects intially at 54 then drops to 1 or 2 mbps. Any ideas?

Any ideas? thats all the info he gives me.

Does he have security on?

Is he sure no one is nicking his intrawebs?

Electrical appliances in his house going mad? Could be a neighbours air con or something. Lots of stuff causes RF interference.

Aparrently it was the new firmware that has done it, rolled back and no problems.
