Ok, i've never fully understood how this works, and i was wondering if someone could explain it to me.

This is how i understand it works.

For example:

A rr10 Ment has 28 + 20 mentalism, so this brings any spell she casts to level 48, so if you get mof1 it will bring her spell level to 50.
So when she casts her level 23 mezz it has a lesser chance to resist.

Is this correct or does the +skills not effect the level of her mezz, and would she need to get mof4 to bring the mezz to level 50.

i think +skills dont help, not 100% sure but on apco i notice a difference on no mof and mof1 on 48 lvl spell and my skills are +20 aswell
