mastery of focus and TD

would mastery of focus effect the effective level of TD mists making it useful in PvE?

It can't go over 50, but it helps vs mobs up until that cap if that's what you mean.

No, mastery of focus only affects the caster/user. Pet effects,spells and pet procs are not affected.

Nope, only the resistance table is raised, not the damage.
