Master of blocking question.

i am just wondering:

the Master of blocking ability should increase the change of blocking by 3% per lvl.

BUT: is it 3% of character lvl or 3% per lvl of the ability.

for exampel: i have a pally lvl 33 and have mastery of blocking at lvl 2. do i then get 6% increase or 99%? (dont sound very likely).

It's 3% per level of Mastery of Blocking u acquire ie MoB 2 = 6% as correctly reported by the Wise Elfie (aka Tare).

Not impossible, because it's merely the BASE chance of blocking (further modifed by your dex and attackers WS (and level if it's a mob))... doesn't change the fact that it's wrong though

Well a base chance of 150% blocking (so actually you block all the time, +50% extra chance that you block more...so double block? ) would be seriously overpowered for 8 points and everyone does know that such thing would never be implemented..

Altho...It was Mythic that implemented bd's and savages in the game right? So no I take my words back, it's possible

and the last time I checked, 0.9 was less than 1.0.
