Yes had ping plotter running at the time and its another opentransit 'hiccup' - the same as on 30/12/03 which they said 'should not cause further problems' but has done so ever since.

Yeah true there, one thing you can say you cant blame GOA for the ISP's problems the one thing you can blame them for is not chancing away from ISP ... but if there french system is anything like the danish they wont have that many other choicies that is worth looking for.
