Maps for SI ?

are there any maps for SI yet? mob, dungeon locations towns how SI fit's on to the current realms etc etc ?

will any SI zone's be part of the frontier or will they all be part of the frontiers?

All SI zones are PvE, by the way; there are no new RvR zones in the expansion.
