well the tools have been sent to activision for approval
i very much doubt the tools will see the light of day much before september
and ofcourse the may be maps aplenty shortly but until the patch deals with the MP issues i doubt it will make much difference
oh btw have you seen that the reload time can be reduced with a mod now?
