Map rotations on CS servers.

Assault hasn't had an actuall complaint on the servers while I have been playing, torn's only had lag complaints.

I'll see about fiddling next week, militia I wasn't sure about.

I would love a classic maps server running foption, we will see.

Heh, Buffy once nearly got into the PCGamer pages by way of stabbing one of their 'better' players with a knife and 2,000 ping :D on that wubbly map.

on the point of torn, i do think its a good map but jobs has a point about the length of time it can take for 2 players to complete a round when the bomb is missing - enuff to make u quit the server even when a good game is taking place
:(

altho i do like it, i think i'm in a minority here, so i guess the best thing to do wud be to remove it from the 'popular' maps cycle:

AMEN TO THAT! I've been trying to tell ppl about the staircase up to the lifts bit for ages, and how good it was.

Remove Torn, that map sucks, its far too big and complex for public play. Replace it with tundra.

Oh, can we have FF on one of those servers please?

And while I'm clogging up this topic with posts, didn't I mention a classic maps server a while back? Foption was ace, Foption followed by Highrise and then by the old office would be salty creamy cum-tastic.

get rid of Torn too, and militia and assault...
and then have the original cycle i proposed

keep militia, great map, apart from the camping ho3s in the garage, but its still a good map,

assault, not bothered both ways, i guess this keeps the noobs happy :p

torn & survivour are server killers, get rid of them both

classic server, yay

another isp has a classic server, wont mentiopn its name here, but it is quite popular, i played mansion and bunker for the 1st time in ages the other day :) was really good, cant beleive these 2 maps have been left out considering estate (is ok, no where near as good as mansion)

the only hing stopping this is ppl to lazy to down load the old maps,

i would love a custm server, are why not keep a popular map server and add a few of the old classics on it? so we have the best of both worlds, ppl would d/l the maps then i think.

Having a few old maps would be fine with me , though I think survivor is a great map i dont see any problem with it.

tbh I think bworld "popular" servers lock a mockery compared to BY's ones....

having assault survivor torn and militia in it doesnt make it seem "popular" at all....

de_ maps are the best and most popular maps amongst high quality players, the lower quality players can ram assault up their arses 24/7 on uk2, and use the other 15 bworld servers with all the maps on them...

All I want is at least 4 Popular bworld servers to attract higher standard players and to rival BY ones, because the BY ones are popular amongst lots of people... but they have FF on.... its nice to have some good cycle servers without FF

Learn to read people, militia is not on the popular rotation and never has been. Survivor will be removed.

I'm with everybody else on getting rid of Torn, laggy, sucky map.

I wanna put in a vote in favour of Office though. Nice fast map (usually).

I find Cobble often turns into a camp fest so I wouldn't mind if that was dropped.

Torn is an amazing map, the problem is no one is prepared to put the time into learning the map properly, so you often end up with two lost people wandering about. I can rack up muchos killing on Torn.

Just realised what an excellent map Oilrig is. Assuming peeps dont mind playing as a team. Played it last night (with Throd amongst others) and it was excellent. Very fast and hard.:D (just how I like it)

have to agree with me son sky on office though, is a bit annoying

Docks, Mansion, Foption, Arabstreets, Bunker, Frantic.
