Their usual mistakes dont make it to the public, they are caught internally (ie been after wrong person for some time but realised wrong person just before went for arrest however wasted many man hours and money) but that not to say they aint wrong here.
That said i wont assume either way, the fact they hadnt charged him at the moment leaves you wondering why they arrested him. He wont admit to anything so they may have played their hand too early unless they waiting till they got even more evidence due to knowing once arrest made public will want it rushed through :s

It's about time they legalised prostitution so these girls get the protection they need.

I didn't f*ck anything up, i said, in a nutshell, "Just 'cause your daddy is a copper doesn't mean they don't f*ck up, they do, just ask him."
For the record, me and gamah have been grumping up the place long before you came along, so don't come in and tell me what i am and what i should do. I speak my mind, but annoying buggers who don't answer what their told and go "Nyah nyah" instead, piss me off.

i think its a bit of a shame that the only time we generally tend to hear about people in certain jobs is when they screw up i.e teacher has sex with student, airoplane piolet drunk at wheel... stick.. what tey hell do planes fly with?... police botch investigation... nurses dont wash hands and kill people with MRSA.
wouldnt it be really great to hear good stuff for a change, to hear about the times people did an excellant good job and made a difference in peoples lives, like the nurse who cared enough to call a patient's family and ask them to come in because the patient looks a bit sad, or the school techer who inspires pupils to be the best they can, people say "oh well yeah right you could do that on the news but well no one would watch it would they!"
