Malice Axe problems

ok i got moi malice i had it lvl5, and it NEVER EVER procced, so im like ''this is real gay dood' so i live with it for 400k rpts with no proc. so then i get it lvl6 and stilll no proc.

any1 have any idea?

Are you 100% sure its not proccing? The effect isnt very noticeable

My malice is at lvl 9 and procs like crazy.Ofc the proc is a random thing but some weapons/armors/shields proc more than others.And i think that malice is one of these weapons.Maybe it's what rulke said.

I've never noticed my Malice proc either, never seen any text.
I tried hitting my bot now and the proc has the same visual effect as skald snare. Kinda like a red flame.
Even has the same sucky sound effect.
