Making Artifact group

Im thinking to make artifact group, we get all artis what people want, which need 2fg or less.
So if we get 2fg we will make the artifact hunt. We can hunt scrolls aswell if everyone wants.

Rules:

-Artifacts will be lottoed with /random 1000
-Other drops will be lottoed with /random 100
-Only one artifact / player.
-Encounters must be up, we will not camp them.
