I'd expect people to be active, I'd concider a 12+18hr cycle
(that's 12 pr actual daytime, 18 if a night is include)

now dealines are all good and fine, but what if that deadline is met with a crutial roles inactiveness ect...well it's a work in progress, but either way, more participants make this easier to deal with.
