1) look at 1:12, you can see the bit on their hockey stick has ridges and a slight curve allowing him to better grip the ball.
2) The ball is one of those plastic ones with the holes. Also it's hollow so it will be very light.
Using speed, grip on the hockey stick, slight curve to better hold the ball they seem to easily achieve what they're doing. Obviously I dont think I can do this, however I think it's alot easier than they make it out to be.
It's not as hard as it looks as. This is quite a big sport in Sweden and i would say 50% of the players below the age of 15 can do stuff like this (maybe not the passing). However, it's the players that train at stuff that is actually useful in games that become good
