Think I saw this place on a documentary recently on Sky or something. Can you imagine this happening in the UK - Everyone would be outside fighting to get in just for some peace n quiet from teh missus's...

San Pedro Prison in La Paz, Bolivia Made it into the Rough Guides top 10 Tourist Attractions. You could go and spend the night, in fact the guy who wrote the book Marching Powder (Rusty Young) did just that for 3 months while he wrote the book.
