MAC Inferior Race Mac OS and Amazon Workspaces - USB headset not working?

The girlfriend's job is using Amazon Workspaces. She has a Mac running latest OS (Big Sur?), but we can't figure out how to get her USB headset working. In the Mac sound settings, we set the output to USB logitech headset, but in Workspace, sound still plays from the speakers. Anyone know how to resolve? I am not a Mac person, so I'm fumbling in the dark trying to figure it out.

On her Amazon Workspace setting, she doesn't have any output options.

Not sure if it helps, but I had similar with Discord on PC and found the settings in there, it was seeing the mic and the headphones as two separate devices.

Her Mac sees the Logitech devices, one on input, one on output. When we test the Mic, the playback comes in via the headphones, but all her Amazon Workspace sounds still come through the laptop speakers.

What's Workspaces? I used Amazon Chime when working with AWS people in the last few months and it worked fine on my Macs.
