MAC filtering?

So the missus and I got new phones. She got the HTC HD Mini and I got the Wildfire. When trying to connect to my home wifi it wouldn't let me unless I turned off MAC filtering on my router. I added the MAC adresses for both phones to the exception list but it still won't let me connect when filtering is on.

Any ideas?

Turn mac filtering off, connect with both phones and observer what MAC addresses you see on the router as connected?

Nothing showing up on the router that I can find.
