Mac causing high ping

Hi guys,

I'm using a family router and only when the mac is turned on I get random ping spikes. Any idea why this is happening? The mac is just browsing. Someone told me I have to close a few ports, though I can't find which ones on google.

It's the router's gayness filter. It knows a mac's attached and is trying to fuck up your browsing experience until you either A) move house or B) stop attaching fashion-victim hardware to it.
